Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with Airport Transfer Bristol.

1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, "Company" refers to Airport Transfer Bristol, a licensed private hire operator based in Bristol, UK. "Customer" refers to any person who makes a booking with the Company. "Driver" refers to any licensed private hire driver engaged by the Company. "Journey" refers to the agreed transportation service from the pickup point to the destination.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance either online, by telephone, or by email. A booking is confirmed only when the Customer receives a written or verbal confirmation from the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide accurate pickup and destination details, flight numbers, passenger counts, and any special requirements at the time of booking. The Company cannot be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the Customer.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the agreed grace period, route changes requested during the journey, tolls, parking fees, or additional stops not included in the original booking.
Payment may be made by cash to the driver or by card/bank transfer as agreed at the time of booking. All prices are confirmed at the time of booking and will not change unless the journey details are altered by the Customer.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to the full fare charge.
In the event that the Company is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances within its control, a full refund will be issued. The Company will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Customer as a result of such cancellation.
5. Flight Monitoring & Waiting Time
For airport collection journeys, the Company monitors flight arrival times and adjusts pickup times accordingly at no extra charge. A grace period of 60 minutes from the actual landing time is included for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights to allow for baggage collection and customs.
For non-airport pickups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time at no extra charge. Waiting time beyond these grace periods will be charged at the applicable rate.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the journey. The driver reserves the right to refuse carriage to or terminate the journey of any passenger who is behaving in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner, or who is in a condition likely to cause damage to the vehicle.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all Company vehicles. The consumption of alcohol is not permitted without prior agreement. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the Customer.
7. Luggage & Child Seats
Customers must declare the number of luggage items and any special requirements (such as child seats or wheelchair access) at the time of booking. The Company will endeavour to accommodate all reasonable requests but cannot guarantee availability unless confirmed at the time of booking.
Child seats are available on request and must be booked in advance. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that child seats are used correctly. The Company accepts no liability for injury resulting from improper use of child seats.
8. Liability
The Company holds full public liability insurance and all drivers are licensed by the relevant local authority. The Company's liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer is limited to the cost of the journey booked.
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents, or acts of God.
The Company accepts no liability for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings carried in the vehicle, unless caused by the proven negligence of the driver.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data provided at the time of booking is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the transportation service and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website. Continued use of the Company's services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
